About the platform
Ajjer is a marketplace that connects owners of vehicles and properties with people who want to rent them. We do not own the listings and we do not handle handovers; the agreement is between the host and the renter directly, and our role is to bring them together and provide the booking and messaging tools.
Your responsibilities
You agree to give accurate information about your identity, and we may require identity verification before allowing you to publish listings. An account is personal and must not be shared or used on someone else’s behalf. Misleading information in a listing — photos, prices or specifications — will get the listing removed.
Payments and the deposit
Payment is made in cash between the renter and the host on handover. The security deposit is handed to the host directly and returned by them; Ajjer is not a party to it and is not responsible for its return or for any dispute about it. Our responsibility is limited to the service fee we collect from the host for the introduction.
Cancellation
A confirmed booking can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the start time. A request the host has not answered yet can be withdrawn at any time. After that window, cancelling is only possible if both sides agree.
Account suspension
We suspend accounts that post fake listings or forged information, that try to close the deal outside the platform to avoid the service fee, or that mistreat other users. A suspended account can no longer book or publish, and any outstanding financial obligations remain due.
